Saketini is a Japanese cocktail made with gin and sake.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. gin
  • 0.5 oz. sake
  • 1 green olive
  • ice

Method

  1. Stir gin, sake and ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into a Martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a green olive.
  • Makes 1 serving.
