Equivalency Chart
- 1 medium chopped = 1 cup
 
- Bacon Bits:
 
- 1 tablespoon = 1½ strips of bacon
 - 1 3-ounces jar = 1½ pounds of bacon
 - 7 grams = 1 tablespoon
 - ¾ cup (not packed) = equals approximately 1 pound of bacon
