Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
 - 1-2 cloves of garlic
 - 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
 - 2 Tbsp. vinegar, rice vinegar or cider vinegar
 - 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
 - 1/4 tsp. salt
 - 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
 - 1/2 cup hot water
 
Procedure
- Mix all ingredients together, adding the water last.
 
Notes
Works very well with stir-fried tofu and greens or any steamed vegetables.
