Ingredients
- 1 C ground Vanilla Wafer cookies
 - 1 C pecan crumbs
 - 1 C powdered sugar
 - 2 T Dutch cocoa powder
 - 1.5 T white Karo syrup
 - 1/4 C apple juice
 
Procedure
This recipe involves no cooking.
Combine ingredients. Roll into balls, approximately 1″ in diameter (approximately 1 T of dough). Coat in powdered sugar or nut crumbs. For best results, let age for a week or so in a tin.
Makes 30 balls.
