      Steps
- Approaching the bar at a nice pace, focus on where your hands will be placed.
 - Jump towards the gap in the two bars with your legs fully extended
 - When your legs start to descend, grab the bar above your head
 - Once your feet are through, plant them and allow your momentum to carry the rest of your body after them
