Consumer Behaviour is the act of marketing. Business people can't achieve their goals if the target markets' (audiences') needs and wants cannot be identified.
What is Consumer Behavior?
It is the anchor of successful marketing practice. This is so because it addresses the following major questions regarding the behavior or actions of consumer buyers, clients, customers toward a product, services or idea.
Consumer Behavior is an act in which an individual, organization reacts to a particular service or product, after the purchase.
