Sound and psychology

Sound may be defined as the sensation felt/detected by our ears due to vibration (compression and expansion) in the air surrounding the ears. Sounds have been classified as forms of energy. Sounds put various effects on our psychology which are, if within ranges or limits, interpreted by our minds into useful information.
