-Helps to transport oxygen through blood vessels
Use sunscreen
-Use sunscreen SPF 15 above
-Sunscreen helps skin to protect form sun
-Apply for every two hours
Stress management
-Due to more stress our skin becomes more sensitive and dull
-Yoga, exercise,gym are the modes of stress management
