Bluetooth not discovering devices Ubuntu 18.04.04

Question

I can turn Bluetooth on and it shows the animation of discovering new devices, but it does not find any of my bluetooth devices. I have checked my devices with another PC. I went through several other answers, but they did not help me. I have attached the output of commands that I think are relevant. I tried restarting bluetooth with systemctl as well.
