On a new install of Lubuntu 20.04 LTS my bluetooth devices are not detected either with BlueDevil Wizard or with Blueman bluetooth manager. Neither is my laptop visible to my phone, although in Blueman I have selected "Always visible". My devices are turned on, my laptop has bluetooth capability, and my wireless connection is working.

Please help me solve this problem. What info do you need to help me and how do I get it?

Many thanks.

I needed to download a driver.

The solution is here:
