I have a dual boot machine with Windows10 and Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 64bit
While my Windows' 10 boot time is less than 40 seconds (and I am VERY satisfied since the machine has not SSD), Ubuntu takes 1:30min or 1:40...

About Snap... I need it because of Opera Browser. Only the Snap version is able to play some stream videos (there's some issue about ffmpeg lib on deb version, and I have tried several workarounds without success).
This boot time is very frustrating... despite it's not a SSD machine, I think it shouldn't take this long since it is not a weak spec...

But gparted
and disk usage shows...:
