I want to install default-libmysqlclient-dev

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

So I try a different approach using aptitude

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libmysqlclient-dev : Depends: libmysqlclient20 (= 5.7.21-1ubuntu1) but 5.7.27-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 is installed
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:
Keep the following packages at their current version:
default-libmysqlclient-dev [Not Installed]
libmysqlclient-dev [Not Installed]

Need to get 0 B of archives. After unpacking 0 B will be used.
So nothing was installed
