    The error is in line 1 of the file mentioned in your message etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list .. on a new install the sources.list.d/ directory is empty; so a user on your system with sudo privileges has added it post-install incorrectly. – guiverc Oct 06 '21 at 12:33
