Unmet dependencies for vim-tiny package

Question

I tried some of the available solution, but hard luck anyone able to provide me the solution.

1. Unmet dependencies installing vim or vim-tiny
2. Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install'
3. How to fix unmet dependencies for udev:amd64 error on Ubuntu 18.04?

I tried even re-installing & installing the vim-tiny but not able to do the same. it gives me the error
