As suggested in the accepted answer here if first ran sudo apt autoclean and then tried sudo apt --fix-broken again, but I got the same results. So as it says in the link, I ran sudo dpkg --configure -a which gave me a large amount of output ending in

The link doesn't suggest what to do in this case, and I'm at a loss. I've accidentally used sudo pip install instead of pip install a couple of times and gotten a warning after the command ran. What can I do to fix this?
