I am attempting to fix a BADSIG error but it wont change.

This is the error.

Reading package lists... Done

I attempted to update it.

sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 40976EAF437D05B5

But it doesn't change.
