WinUSB keeps on freezing. Unetbootin doesn't work, and neither does Tuxboot. I'm running Ubuntu 12.04.

Try YUMI. It creates bootable pen drives using an iso image http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/
