Please get a temporary internet connection; ethernet, tether or however. Open a terminal and run:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install firmware-b43-installer

After it completes, reboot and let us hear your report.

If your wireless is still not working, check for clues:

dmesg | grep b43
rfkill list all

If it still isn't working, please try:

sudo rm /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-bcm43.conf 
sudo modprobe b43

It is working? If not,please let us see the same pastes as above so we may check for errors, warnings, etc.
