when I run 

sudo apt-get update

this is the last line error i get

This is being run on Ubuntu 13.10.

I think you have installed the the key viewizard-gpg.asc from this URL with these commands:

wget http://www.viewizard.com/linux/viewizard-gpg.asc
sudo apt-key add viewizard-gpg.asc

But there is no key and no repository any more.

Remove these lines from your sources.list, and the problem is fixed.
