I am having problems in configuring wifi with ubuntu 14.04LTS on my hp pavillion 15 laptop. Only if the wifi is very close by (such as mobile hotspot) does it detect the network. There is absolutely no issue with windows which is inbuilt, so I think its not a hardware problem. (Ethernet works fine with ubuntu.) The bluetooth also does not pick up devises. Any tips?
