Please tell the date of release for the stable version of the GNOME flavor.

21st April 2016 will be release date of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus).It was to be expected for Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 LTS to ship with GNOME 3.20.

  • Sorry I should have been more specific, I've been looking for confirmation that 16.04 will indeed ship with GNOME 3.20 - as I believe previous releases shipped a version behind the main GNOME release, have you got a source where devs have confirmed we're getting 3.20?     perhaps I'm off my rocker anyway - turns out gnome 3.20 isn't due for release until March 16... so perhaps slightly optimistic to expect the team to turn that around in a month... – Huw Feb 16 '16 at 10:36
