Dual Boot installing Ubuntu

Dear Sir/Madam, How to Dual boot install Ubuntu with windows using without (VirtualBox,USB stick and CD)

use a program called Wubi to install ubuntu straight from you windows GUI .

(No ISO, USB, or virtualization required.
