I am running ubuntu 17.04 with kde plasma 5 (i think).
When I insert my huawei e303f modem then it gets detected in network manger GUI. I created a new profile by clicking on plus icon on network manager GUI where my modem is detected as E173.
I don't know what log to post but I am posting some as of my knowledge.

I tried to switch modem mode by reading some posts. Using usb_modeswitch but that gives error.
I tried
sudo usb_modeswitch -v 0x12d1 -p 0x1506 -V 0x12d1 -P 0x14dc -M

This gives error:
