Bluetooth on Ubuntu 16.04 Dell

Question

Dell Inspiron-3542 inbuilt bluetooth is not working.

Working properly on previously installed Windows.

Some command reference:

$ hcitool dev
Devices:
$ bluetooth
bluetooth = none (no device)

$ sudo rfkill list
