Whenever I am updating my Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS Desktop, the following error occurs in terminal:

Unable to find expected entry 'restricted/source/Sources' in Release file
(Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)
Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this?
