Cannot create a new file in the file manager on 17.10

I have a problem since the update of Ubuntu 17.10

I cannot create a new file from the GUI. I have to create the files from the console.

Any idea?

Or probably "Templates" is not the correct folder name in you language, look for something already there in your ~/ which is equivalent to the English word "Templates" (modeles?). – pomsky Oct 29 '17 at 13:07
