Is it possible to increase the size of the mouse pointer?
I'm running Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 on a 3440x1440 resolution, combine that with bad eyesight and the default mouse pointer size can be hard to see.

Mouse pointer moving by itself
My mouse pointer moves by itself automatically at either 10 - 15 minutes intervals or less. Im on the Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS, Laptop = Toshiba Portege Z30-A.
Is there a way I can stop this from happening?

My mouse changes themes when over menus
My mouse pointer changes from white, with a black outline, but when I have my mouse over the top bar or the side it changes to a black mouse, with a white outline. The mouse also is slightly bigger and curvier. This is with ubunu 15.10.
