I got into computers late as the companies I worked for had system departments and I had to approve or disapprove the reports I would get from them. I retired in 1995 and have used Windows on home computers from 3.1 through XP and now have a Dell with Windows 7. I have converted my Dell XP computer to Ubuntu when I learned that it uses a mouse, like Windows and not just commands. I am learning to use Ubuntu but am beginning to believe that it will be superior to Windows as I learn to use all the applications. I have a KVM switch which allows me to work on both computers with one monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
