I think this board is dead. Posted about three questions and got not real help to speak of. I am getting turned off Linux in general and starting to believe that I should stay away from it, not encourage people to try it. At least for the desktop.

Windows is much more intuitive - Linux and the different distros will never gain traction with regular users. It is just too difficult to do anything.
