I am prior military(U.S. Army). I've been using Ubuntu, Mandrake to Mageia, OpenSUSE, Mint, and Linux From Scratch off and on for about 10 years. So much BETTER than Windows. I use Linux and so does my family, including my kids(lol). Currently using Ubuntu 14.10(Utopic Unicorn) on my laptop and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS(Trusty Tahr)/Mageia 4 on my desktop.
