Long time computer science professor at the University of Central Oklahoma; mostly involved with teaching C++ (for 22 years now), and getting people to use Linux. I've been using Ubuntu Linux since 2008 and have always liked it (but not too happy with 12.04). I like to program -- I like large screens and familiar tools (and full size keyboards) -- and so for 12.04 I use Xubuntu (at one office). Right now at home I use 12.04 w unity. Trying to get used to it...it certainly LOOKS good.
