I'm a corn-fed central-Illinoisan, so I speak the sort of American English that American journalists are taught to use. My parents were well-spoken, and I'm fairly bright so I like to give quick answers on ELL sometimes - I'm up at strange hours so I figure it might save a little time for someone somewhere. I'm still pretty new as a member so let me know about any breaches of etiquette or the like, and certainly do delete any of my material that is unhelpful, as I often am just focused on getting someone a quick opinion.
