Proseč is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 70 inhabitants.
Proseč lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-east of Pelhřimov, 30 km (19 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 85 km (53 mi) south-east of Prague.
